Head chef Laura Ember delights with her unique approach in the kitchen. From her home town of Taunton, she brings hints of southern and American cooking with infusions of her travels to the table each night. When asked what inspires her she simply says, “I just love to share these flavors with my community.”
With over 30 years of experience under her belt, Ember has a wealth of flavors to draw from. She uses fresh ingredients from the local markets and techniques from all over the world.
